1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed only after ChennaiTrips has verified vehicle and driver availability and issued a confirmation via phone, WhatsApp or email. Verbal enquiries alone do not constitute a confirmed booking.

2. Pricing

Quoted fares are based on the route, vehicle type and duration provided at the time of enquiry. Fares are subject to revision if the actual route, waiting time or duration differs materially from what was originally communicated.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund of any advance paid. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation charge to cover driver allocation costs.

4. Passenger Conduct & Luggage

Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. ChennaiTrips reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of unsafe, abusive or unlawful passenger conduct.

5. Vehicle Substitution

In rare cases of vehicle unavailability due to breakdown or unforeseen circumstances, ChennaiTrips will provide a comparable or upgraded substitute vehicle at no additional cost.

6. Liability

ChennaiTrips carries valid vehicle insurance as required by law. Liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control — including traffic, weather, or road closures — is limited to reasonable efforts to communicate and adjust timing.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
